 This is my Raken House,  got the idea from Polyface farms!  The idea is the rabbits live above the chickens, any food that falls to the ground is eaten by the chickens. The chickens also scratch through the bedding and keep it turned,  this helps aerate the bedding which aids in composting and eliminates any odour.  This picture is two years old,  new ones will be posted soon!

 Here is a pic of one of my old rabbit cages.  I currently have 5 rabbits i use for breeding stock,  two males and three females. 

Since i started my rabbit adventure in November of 2012,  i have produced just over 60 pounds of meat.

Nesting Boxes,  for the hens.   Currently i have 20 young hens that i purchased in the summer,  they should be ready to lay in the next month or so,  and 5 adult australorps.  Only getting a few eggs a day as my few of Australorps are broody!
